I’m always up for it, DDR salad in 15 minutes
Preparation
This is how it works: For the classic egg salad, first boil the eggs in a pot of water for around 10 minutes.
Then remove from the pot and rinse in cold water, peel and chop into small pieces.
In the meantime, wash and clean the radishes and cut into wafer-thin slices
Now mix the mayonnaise with salt, pepper, vinegar, radishes and sour cream in a bowl. Then mix in the eggs and leave to soak in the fridge for three hours.
After soaking in the fridge, season the salad again with salt, pepper and maybe a little mustard. I’m always up for it, DDR salad
