2 shallots

Preparation
First mix the Greek yogurt, 4 cloves of garlic, cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, dill and salt in a blender. Then mix everything until the ingredients are well mixed.
Now put the tzatziki aside. Then mix the grated zucchini, spinach, feta, fresh herbs, eggs, chopped shallots and 2 cloves of garlic.
Next, add flour and keep stirring. Now heat the oil in a medium-sized pan. Add a large spoonful of the zucchini mixture to the pan and fry on both sides.
Then serve with the tzatziki and season with dill and pepper.
